Todd Susman (born January 17, 1947) guest appeared on The Wayans Bros. as Mr.Ennis, an unscrupulous rental property owner/manager who leases Marlon a seemingly "perfect" apartment with all kinds of problems in the Season 5 episode titled "Independence Day". Todd was one of two actors (the other being actor Sal Viscuso) to provide the voice the P.A. System Announcer in the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H. Susman also made a guest appearance as Private Danny Baker, a self-conscious soldier seeking cosmetic surgery in the second season episode "Operation Noselift".
Susman, who was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, has appeared in over one hundred different television series and was also featured in the Broadway production of Hairspray, the 1971 film Star Spangled Girl, the 2007 independent film, The Big Bad Swim, and the 2009 comedy, The Flying Scissors. He also voiced the lead character in the 2002 video game Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix. In the fall of 1976, he was a regular on the six-episode CBS adventure series Spencer's Pilots, starring Gene Evans and Christopher Stone.
